This will calculate the daily target points allowed for a male using Weight Watcher's Points Plus program. A male should not eat less than 29 target points a day. As you get older or lose weight you will need fewer target points.

Male 54 years old that weight 289 pounds and is 5 foot 10 inches or 70 inches should eat 54 target points each day.
