Help
The Speed - Time - Distance Calculations are one of the basic tools a sailor uses in navigation. Using this simple formula he can predict the time of arrival, the speed of travel or the distance and with a known heading, determine an approximate position (Dead Reckoning - DR).
As an option, introducing the intake per hour of fuel, he obtains the consumption in the leg (as a reminder, he chooses a volume unit).
Statute miles or kilometers can be used in the calculations.

Examples
Example 1
Calculates the Distance traveled with a known heading:
Time: enter 2 hours and 30 minutes "2:30:00"
Speed: enter 7 knots "7"
On Distance row, you will see "17.50"
Fuel intake: enter "3" (liters or gallons). You will see "7.5" on Consumption row.
Example 2
What if... (with the same data)
Speed: enter 10 knots "10"
Select "=" on Time row. You will see "1:45:00" (one hour and 45 minutes). Also you will see now "5.25" on Consumption row.
