Computes the Frequency of the Timer ICM7555 at the Output (3) in the ALTERNATE ASTABLE CONFIGURATION, given:

- Resistors in (kiloohm):

- R_A : VDD (8) to Discharge (7),

- R_B : Discharge (7) to Threshold (6) & Trigger (5),

Capacitor (nF):

- C : Threshold (6) & Trigger (5) to GND (1).

Also computes the duty cycle D as a function of R_A and R_B.
