Example

You have a rectangle with a width of 3&1/2in and a length of 7&5/8in.
From the edge along the major axis towards the center to each Focal Point is 7/16in.

From the center along the major axis towards the edge to each Focal Point is 3&3/8in.
These two measurements together will equal half the length of the major axis 3&13/16in from the edge of Ellipse at the Minor Axis to the Focal Point on the Major Axis is equal to half the Major Axis.
Area² equals 83.84in² or 0.58ft².
